All orders are shipped from our climate controlled, Maryland Board of Pharmacy Licensed and cGMP and cGDP compliant distribution facility in Cambridge, Maryland.

Most orders placed before 2 pm EST Monday thru Friday will ship within 24 hours. Some orders take longer to process and will ship within 2-3 business days. All orders will be delivered within the shipping time frame selected during checkout. A tracking number will be emailed and updated on all orders as soon as the order ships.

WHERE DO WE SHIP TO?

We ship to all 50 states, U.S. territories and military addresses. We currently do not ship to other countries.


TEMPERATURE-SENSITIVE ITEMS

We recommend overnight shipping for all temperature-sensitive items. All overnight shipments are shipped for a flat fee of $49.99. If you would rather not pay for overnight shipping, your temperature sensitive items will still be packaged with ice packs at no additional charge, but sent standard Ground.

Also, expect ice packs to melt before your order arrives. Ice packs are meant to provide 24 to 48 hours of protection, which should be more than enough to keep your items safe during transit. Most items can withstand room temperature for up to 2 weeks without being affected.

We recommend that heat sensitive products ship with Overnight delivery. Heat sensitive products ordered after 6:00 pm Thursday and before 6:00 pm on Friday will be shipped out Monday when Overnight delivery is requested.

Temperature-sensitive, special order and perishable items are not eligible to be returned.


MY ITEM IS ON BACKORDER?

Very rarely are we backordered on an item. If this is the case, we will notify you by e-mail and place your order on hold until the item(s) is received. Most backorders arrive back in stock within 2-4 days. If an item will be delayed beyond that time, we will notify you by e-mail. You may choose to keep the item on backorder, or cancel your order at any time.

WHERE IS MY ORDER?

After your order is packed and ready to ship, we'll e-mail you your order tracking number.

Can't find your tracking number? No worries! Simply click on the Track My Order link at the top of any page on the website and enter your order number and zip code. You can also give us a call or send us an e-mail and we can provide you with your tracking information right away.

If your order was shipped to you at no charge and is undeliverable, unclaimed or refused, your credit card will be charged a handling fee of 25% of your total order value and you will be issued a refund for the remainder of your order.
